What is trackle?
trackle is a sensor system for determining your core body temperature. It measures your basal temperature overnight and transfers the obtained data measerments easily and reliably to the free app on your iPhone or Android Smartphone as soon as trackle is placed in its box. Your trackle app will of course remain free and your entries will still be available to you.

FAQs about the trackle subscription (is constantly being expanded):
Question: How can I cancel the subscription after the 24 months?
Answer: You can cancel the subscription by giving 3 months' notice to the end of the contract period. Simply send an informal email to email@example.com
Question: Can I take out the subscription even though my trackle is still running?
Answer: Yes you can. You will then receive a new sensor directly and pay the first installment directly - but you will not have a measurement break in the time between the two trackles.
By the way: it has no effect on the running time of the new trackle whether you leave it for a while before use - no battery is used.
Question: Will data be lost when changing the sensor?
Answer: No, definitely not. Your account and your data will remain unchanged and you will still have access to them.
Question: can I pause the subscription, for example during pregnancy?
Answer: Unfortunately this is not possible. Maybe the trackle at a one-time price is something for you after all?
Question: What happens if the battery runs flat on my new trackle?
Answer: As a subscriber, you no longer have to worry about the duration of your trackle. We make sure that you always have a working sensor at home all the time.
