Sehr genau, die Schnur aber zu wenig

Die Anwendung des trackles ist wirklich mega easy Und obwohl ich mehrere Schlafplätze habe, ist der Transport gar kein Problem! Einziges Problem ist jedoch, dass ich denke, dass meine Schnur, die zum Trackle Catch mitgeliefert wurde, nicht reichen wird… Ich hab den trackle jetzt 3 Monate aber die Schnur ist schon fast leer

Ich bin wirklich begeistert, wie einfach die Handhabung ist. Man muss sich etwas eingewöhnen, aber sobald der trackle zur Routine geworden ist, passt das auch.

Instead of buying the sensor at a fixed price, you can simply subscribe to the service with trackleGo - for a super affordable 11.90 euros per month.

How does trackleGo work exactly?

It couldn't be easier: the trackleGo (either for the trackleRegular or the trackleCatch ) costs 11.90 euros per month - and nothing else. You order, the sensor is sent to you - and you don't have to worry about anything else. We will replace the sensor free of charge if it does not work or the battery is empty.

Of course, your trackle app remains free and your entries are still available to you.

Maybe trackle isn't for me - then I don't want to commit to 24 months. Can I get out in between?

Yes! Take a look at the trackle StarterKit : You can book it with your trackleGo for a one-off fee of 29.90 euros and you can try out the trackle at your leisure for 6 months. If it works well, you will automatically switch to the trackleGo subscription after 6 months. If it turns out that trackle isn't for you, just get out. FAQs about the trackle subscription:

1. What is the difference between trackle and trackleGo?

trackleGo is our subscription variant for the trackle system. It normally runs for 24 months and can be canceled 6 full months before it expires. Otherwise, it can always be canceled after the fixed contract term with a notice period of 6 months. The subscription begins as soon as your trackle is shipped. As long as you have a subscription, we will of course replace defective sensors or sensors that have exceeded their service life free of charge - you will not incur any additional costs in addition to your subscription amount. The trackle app and our customer support are of course available to you without any hidden costs. As soon as you have ended your subscription, you can send us the trackle for recycling or dispose of it professionally.

With the starter kit you have the opportunity to cancel your trackleGo subscription early within the first 6 months (at the latest 14 days before the end of the 6 months). If you do not cancel, your trackleGo will simply be extended to a total of 24 months contract term after the 6 months have expired. So if you want to be a little more flexible, the starter kit (at a low one-time price) in combination with the respective trackleGo is just the thing for you!

Of course, you also have the option of purchasing the trackle at the current fixed price through our n Shop - here too, support and an exchange in the event of defects are of course a given.

2. Can I pause the subscription, for example during pregnancy?

Unfortunately that is not possible. Maybe the trackle at a one-time price is something for you?

3. What happens if my trackle runs out of battery?

As a subscriber, you don't have to worry about the duration of your trackle. We ensure that you always have a sensor at home in good time.

4. Is data lost when changing the sensor?

No, definitely not. Your account and your data will remain unchanged and you will continue to have access to them.

5. How and when can I end my trackleGo subscription?

Below we will explain to you how exactly your notice periods are:


Cancellation at the end of the 24 months:

You can cancel your subscription with 6 months’ notice (at the end of the month). This means that we must receive your cancellation at least 6 months before it expires. If this is not the case, your subscription will be extended for at least another 6 months.

Termination after the end of the fixed contract term:

If you want to cancel after the end of the fixed contract term, a 6-month notice period to the end of the month also applies.

The date of the first possible termination is always 6 months to the end of the month in the future - provided that the fixed contract term of 24 months has been completed.

If this termination date elapses, you can always terminate the contract at the end of each month with 6 months' notice. So there is no new 24-month term.

6. When will my monthly contribution to trackleGo be collected?

The first monthly installment will be collected upon receipt of the order. In the following months, the next installment will always be collected on the same calendar day.
